At Modu Egele, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Items on "Final Sale" or from the "Last Season" collection may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at ask@moduegele.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Please note that during new collection launches (such as EKO EDEN), processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
